Chef Tony Hee founded Saté House in 1997, with a passion for culinary adventures that led him from Malaysia to Australia. Starting as a market stall, Sate House has expanded to include two food trucks and a team of experts capable of serving multiple stalls. Tony's dedication saw him become the first-ever Food Coordinator of the International Food Village at the EKKA, and he has been appointed as a food coordinator for several years with Parklife, Livid, and Listen Out. Sate House has served fantastic events from city markets to major music festivals, international sporting events, and more.
