We are a band of bakers and foodies who are passionate about what we do. The dream for Jillian's Cakery started in 2013 when Jillian Butler decided to leave her corporate job to pursue her personal dreams. Now we all work to honour that simple vision to create great tasting vintage cakes. But we don't simply make great cakes at Jillian's Cakery; we have tried to create a beautiful sanctuary where cake is king, coffee is revered, and service is paramount. We also have a lot of fun along the way. We are consistently voted some of Sydney's best cakes, please call or stop by if you get a chance.
