It is recommended to look at a companies social media profiles, reviews on google and other sites to gauge a companies performance. In most cases, if a company doesn’t have a social media profile or reviews on google, there is a good reason why. It might be that their equipment is of poor quality or they don’t want the opportunity for their customers to provide honest feedback online.
